International Entrepreneurship Field Trip to Mojitos Lounge

0

Tonight my Boston College International Entrepreneurship graduate course visited one of our alumnae, Jody Mendoza, at her nightclub Mojitos, in Boston. The discussion focused on the launching of Jody’s business, how she’s navigated her partnership, and how she’ll be expanding the Club moving forward. Two pictures from the evening are below.

Jody worked on the Mojitos Business Plan, in part, while she was a full-time MBA student. She also participated in my fall 2012 Business Planning and Entrepreneurship course

and will soon be launching a new expansion to the business involving food. Here’s a great article on Jody and her husband, Latin America music producer Richy Pena. We wish them the best of luck with their current business, and its expansion!
