Projects assigned for BC Business Plan course

The students’ bids are in and we’ve assigned 17 projects for the Business Plan course. Our entrepreneur interviews began in February, culling 40 projects down to 28 presentations, and we’re now officially off and running for the rest of the semester! The ideas run the gamut from hi-tech to low-tech, US domestic / international, for profit / not-for-profit, products and services.  Now it’s the students’ turn to shine as they put fingers to keyboard! They’ll complete their work in stages, submitting the report in 2-parts. Then all teams will compete in an Elevator Pitch competition later in the semester, with 5 teams continuing to the Finals, two days later. The judges will ultimately select a single winning team.
