TV Filming: International Business Communication

In social situations people get a kick out of something being “lost in translation.” But what happens when it affects your business? International language communication on a future episode of the Language of Business.

We were in Salem, Massachusetts today, on Pickering Wharf, filming 3 of the 4 guests for this episode.

Kaarina Kvaavik is the co-founder and owner of Language I/O.

Lance Shaw is Director of Product Marketing for CommVault.

Lucia Kash is Director of Business Development for Language I/O, and is additionally based in New Hampshire.

Wendy Pease will be joining us in a few weeks for her filming, as a Language Translation Expert at Rapport International.

The Language of Business ® is an independently produced news magazine which mixes in-studio and on-locations interviews with entrepreneurs. To date, the Show has aired on over 90 public access stations in 24 US states. Recent topics are Branding for Success, the increasing popularity of the Made in the USA label, and Global Commerce with a Local Touch. Additionally, we discuss Decoding the Alphabet of Finance and the Business of Sports.

We’re excited to reach a wider audience: Our goal has always been to address the challenges and questions that entrepreneurs face and provide insights that can help them grow their businesses. As a result, this Show gives entrepreneurs a stronger voice, globally, nationally and in their local communities. The Language of Business ® is a resource for entrepreneurs and others interested in local business growth. In conclusion, there is a lot of innovation in the area and this is most of all an opportunity to highlight the great work that’s being done.
