Wendy Pease is President and CEO of Rapport International, a full-service translation and interpretation company based in metro-west Boston, Massachusetts. Founded in 1987, she bought the business in 2004. The company offers foreign language translation and interpretation services in over 100 languages. Wendy is also an expert on diversity training and international marketing communications.

Lance Shaw is Director of Product Marketing for CommVault. He is an innovative and creative senior technology professional with a strong product marketing, and product management. He additionally has a technical background in enterprise software, cloud technologies, social media, and team collaboration accompanied by excellent customer engagement and team leadership skills.

Kaarina Kvaavik is the co-founder and owner of Language I/O. She has more than 20 years experience in the high-tech industry. Solid experience in managing Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Personnel at the regional and additionally corporate levels for private and publicly traded corporations for Domestic and International markets.

Lucia Kash is Director of Business Development for Language I/O, and is additionally based in New Hampshire. She has many years of experience in consulting, localization, globalization and furthermore in international business. This experience is fundamentally important when you’re supporting companies looking to expand their reach in a global market.
