4-minute Summary of Shanghai Speech

Many thanks once again to Donghua University for the opportunity to address their faculty and students last week, for 90 minutes, on Innovation and International Entrepreneurship. Above is a summary on YouTube and here is the YouKu version (for easier viewing in China). I sincerely appreciated the opportunity and also a huge thank-you to our lead alumnus in Shanghai for making the introductions, and to so many of our BU students who used their scarce free-time on GME to attend (and for informally videotaping on their phones)!

Here was the overall Table of Contents:

  • Personal Introduction (自我介绍)
  • Theoretical framework of Innovation and Entrepreneurship
  • Definition of Innovation and Entrepreneurship
  • Talent Innovation, Financial Innovation, and Technology Innovation
  • Innovation as the fundamentals of Entrepreneurship
  • KPI or required skills of Entrepreneurship for students and corporations (KPI
  • Case Studies (实例探究)
  • International Entrepreneurship / Current work with China
  • Q&A (问答)
