VCIC Update

Round one of the competition has been completed. Tomorrow morning, the 12 teams will be divided into two tracks of six and they will justify both their investment choices and the start ups they are choosing to pass on to the judges, who will assume the role of senior partners.  From there each track will choose three finalists and those three teams will negotiate with their chosen entrepreneur.

This evening, one of the local VCs hosted everyone at his family farm. It was a good bonding experience for the entrepreneurs, judges and UNC VCIC Fellows.  More updates coming tomorrow.
