Questrom 1st place at Aspen!

A huge congratulations to BU Questrom School of Business PEMBA students Jennifer Kennedy, Tanner McEntee, Sara duPont Toulson and Cristina Sciuto. The team took 1st place at the Aspen Institute’s 2019 Business & Society International MBA Case Competition. Their work ethic, teamwork, analytics, and chemistry were top notch from start to finish.

This is a 3-stage competition featuring 20+ schools and over 1,000 students. We competed yesterday against finalists Duquesne, NYU, U. Mass Amherst, and U. Michigan. To be fair to all teams, the students couldn’t attend the other presentations but I can assure you they were all extremely diverse and impressive. It was a honor to even make the finals, let alone do so well yesterday. A huge thanks to Justin Goldbach who organizes and runs this every year, as well as to his extended Aspen team, the competition’s judges, our judges who vetted the on-campus presentations and ultimately selected this team, and our BU MBA Grad Center for helping out with logistics. Check out the photos and videos below tracking the team’s progress. Go Terriers!
