14 shades of grey in Beijing

Every company needs those grey hairs– or experienced members of the management team or Board to properly direct the firm.  Our summer team for the International Consulting Project is hard at work selecting companies who best emulate these corporate governance practices. This program is with our Beijing-based partner, CCAFM, and I addressed in the governance issue, in part, through a recent Op Ed piece. We send our first of 3 reports to Beijing on  9/1. 14 grad students ultimately make the trek to Beijing with me in January to present their findings in person.
