TV Filming: Medical Device Wrap-up and University Entrepreneurship

We wrapped up filming today on Medical Devices by visiting with Jon Lieber, CFO of Histogenics. Very cool technology on cartilage regeneration (albeit still in clinical testing and not available for sale or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration).

We also began filming on University entrepreneurship, aided by Ian Grant, from UNH. Ian set us up with 2 serial entrepreneurs. Thomas Hazel is on his fifth start-up as a UNH grad and also two current students are already on their second. Go Kate Aiken and Devin McMahon.

Next week we’ll be additionally filming overseas on Israeli entrepreneurship and when we return, wrap up the University episode with folks from BU, HBS and Olin. In the future is filming on Starting a Company from Scratch.
