Fun day with our Norwegian students!

We enjoyed the day with our Norwegian students. In the conclusion to the classroom portion of my Applied Entrepreneurship course, the 7 teams made their final due diligence presentations and either recommended investment / non-investment for the venture they selected. A huge thank you to our judges Minde KornfeldMatt WeissDavid Roache and Ellen Weiss. After class, in an optional session over lunch, we were able to pull our Norwegian interns and researchers together for a joint meeting to share insights– serious or lighthearted– for the past eight weeks. Thanks to my co-organizer Prof. Peter Marton, and for attendees Prof. Barry Horwitz, judges Shironda White and Kristoffer Maroe, and our BU colleagues Stacie Nardizzi and Nicole Peer for their help organizing. We gave prizes at lunch for the best overall participation, most passionate idea, best “learner,” most creative insight and funniest presenter. Check out the pictures below. Next week we’re holding our final social event and then everyone prepares for the capstone presentations and Graduation.
