Questrom Day 3 in Beijing

We had a good day today. We started with a kick off meeting in the morning to wrap the learning from the classroom portion of the course, before the business portion started in China. Terrific discussion and the students asked excellent questions.

After arriving at the office, we had an introduction by the CEO, personal introductions, and then a gift exchanging ceremony. The students then divided into their individual teams and began reviewing their work with their consultant.

After lunch, we had a new variation this year. The chairman of the company commented on the trade wars, the political situation in China and in United States, economic volatility and then took live Q&A from the students. He was kind enough to give us an hour of his time.

At night, we went out for a traditional Peking duck dinner. Except this year, the CEO personally selected a special Chinese red wine.

Tomorrow is the first of three final presentations scheduled over the next two days.
