Day 1 in Bangkok

We hit the ground running as soon as we arrived at the hotel. I gave the students 90 minutes to unpack and refresh themselves and then we wandered around the city in and out of alleyways, and sidestreets. We then journeyed over to Terminal 21 which is one of the largest shopping malls in the area. I particularly liked the food court, which is a healthy combination of native Thai and international foods. Most of the group stayed together and we meandered around a little bit more, finally ending up at a terrific local Thai restaurant. Everyone is exhausted and a few of us, including me, were literally bobbing our heads at the end of dinner. Tomorrow we will begin the sightseeing portion of our time in Bangkok. Check out the photos and videos ( first impressions of Bangkok) below.  Company visits begin on Monday morning.
