First day in client office: CCAFM
We are now in the client’s offices. After breakfast we walked 15 minutes across town and met in their corporate Boardroom. The CCAFM CEO provided opening remarks and a welcome to everyone– our first year transitioning this Program to BU’s Questrom School of Business. I then provided BU’s welcome remarks. Each of the client’s lead consultants introduced themselves followed by the student introductions. Then, we mutually presented each other with gifts.
Now, the three teams have moved into different portions of CCAFM’s offices and are in the process of finalizing their slides, in preparation for Friday’s formal presentations. We have cross-functional teams with grad students from our full-time & evening MBA program, College of Engineering and BU Law.
