What a fascinating afternoon here in France! The faculty and students have all arrived from PCTE in Ludhiana, Punjab (India), Hochschule Harz, in Saxony-Anhalt (Germany) and Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina (USA). The French university here is really doing some amazing programming with a week of intercultural team building exercises and selected lectures on cross cultural management and living and working in each county. The week will conclude with the students delivering management presentations in international groups.
After the 4th Annual International Week ends, they’re going one step further by receiving some of the existing, or new, students for weeks or semesters at a time, and sending French students abroad, too. I’m so fortunate to be a part of this, and for my 3rd year in-a-row, to boot.

Quel fascinant après-midi ici en France! La faculté et les étudiants sont tous arrivés de PCTE à Ludhiana, dans le Penjab (en Inde), Hochschule Harz, à Saxe-Anhalt (en Allemagne) et l’Université d’État Des Appalaches à Boone, dans la Caroline du Nord (aux USA). L’université française fait ici vraiment une programme étonnante avec une semaine d’exercices de développement de l’esprit d’équipe interculturels et des cours choisis sur la gestion culturelle mutuelle, et la vie et le travail dans chaque pays. La semaine conclura avec les étudiants feront des présentations de gestion dans des groupes internationaux.
Après que la 4ème Semaine Internationale finit, ils vont une étape plus loin en recevant des étudiants pendant des semaines ou des semestres à la fois et envoyant des étudiants français à l’étranger, aussi. J’ai si de la chance d’être une partie de ceci et pendant la 3ème année de suite.
