Restaurant biz runs hot and cold, except if you’re FiRE+iCE!

Restaurant Profitability… on the next Language of Business. Coming soon!

Fire and Ice was created by CEO Jim Miller. It’s one thing to open a restaurant but how about successfully running 5 of them at once across the US? See their expansion across the country!

The operation is run by COO Rafael Barbosa, who has extensive restaurant experience.

Our other guests in this episode will be Jeff Fournier from 51 Lincoln, Karen & Steve Waller of Center Cafe and two long-term friends who run Cava Tapas and Wine Bar. This episode will be airing in mid November.

Check out the photos below!

Jim Miller started his first enterprise in college and began a career during which he founded or co-founded a number of start-ups, including four public companies and a public interest law firm. In his 10 years of active trial practice, Jim was trial counsel for the Attica Brothers Legal Defense and numerous other environmental and progressive groups.
