Day #3: Strategy Consulting in China

We had a busy day yesterday and day #3 will be equally so.

a) All 3 groups spent day#2 finishing slide selection, tying up speaker’s notes and confirming Chinese translation idiosyncrasies.

b) Yesterday afternoon my original co-creator for this program found the time to come from Shanghai to Beijing and even snuck in an impromptu Q&A session with all 3 teams.

c) The CCAFM general manager took everyone out to a formal dinner last night.

d) We have set the schedule for all 3 teams, and depending on client availability will be having the teams present today and tomorrow. Some teams are presenting to clients, others to the entire CCAFM employee team and some to both.

e) The focus for day #3 is practice, practice, practice.
