VCIC Experts Panel

Hello from UNC. The VCIC Global Finals kicked off with an expert panel on preparing for the Global Finals. It was a completely full house. Two of the panelists have judged over 40 VCIC competitions between them. As Don Nelson noted:

I have been judging here at VCIC since the early 2000’s. Given how much of my professional life I give to students, both in VCIC and otherwise, I hope all of you will pay it forward and help out future business students in the same fashion.

Other panelists cautioned about making valuations too high and out-of-sync with the equity markets.

In the evening, Don hosted a cocktail reception for judges and faculty at the elegant Carolina Inn. Good chance to network.

Everything begins bright-and-early tomorrow morning.
