Congrats to Questrom School of Business PEMBA Case Competition Winners

A huge congratulations to Professional Evening MBA (PEMBA) candidates Vineet Bhambhani, Anthony Castellano, Ainura Beisembekova Ozturk, Hetvi Patel, John Riccio, and their Mentor Ian Mashiter. Their team won the inaugural PEMBA Launch Case Competition earlier this afternoon, supported by participating entrepreneur Shironda A. White, MBA and her company CauseEDU. Very impressive work by all teams and congrats to teams 6, 9, 21 and 32 which also made the finals.

Most gratifying to me is that as Shironda was providing feedback she mentioned how the PEMBA students leveraged their “work experience to come up with a set of five diverse, strategic recommendations.” Go Terriers! Many thanks to colleagues Brad Czarnowski, Regina Fetterolf, Sofia Tavares Zlock, Tony Chu and Jim French for some amazing teamwork over the past 2 months. A screen shot of a portion of the winning deck is below.

Check out the photo gallery below, from the semi’s and the final’s. Many thanks to Joe Koufman for the photos.
