Language of Business Episode #10: Is the Labor Shortage Real or Imagined?

You don’t have to look far to see a “We’re hiring” sign. But nobody’s applying for the jobs. Emergency Rooms are backed up yet retaining health care workers isn’t easy. Similar challenges affect law firms, transportation and higher educational institutions. Run time is 19 minutes and thanks to Don Kelley for his audio production work, Randy Barth for video, the Questrom School of Business, Boston University for its support (Susan James Leyva, Paul Alexander). Of course, an equally huge thanks to Christine Schuster(Emerson Hospital), Steve Snyder (Gesmer Updegrove LLP), Tim Sheehan (North Reading Transportation) and Meredith Curtin Siegel (Boston University) for appearing. This is our last episode of this season! (Non YouTube version: https://lnkd.in/eeJBEfX5)
