Language of Business (Episode #3): Start-ups Before Funding

Everyone has a side hustle these days. But how and when can you pull the trigger financially to pursue it full time? In episode 3 (season 3) of Language of Business (TM/R) we meet four entrepreneurs mulling over these very decisions. Khyati Shah recently left her “job job” to run Acorn. Anaya Barmecha just launched an experiential NFT app, TokenSpace. Brock Nelson is cash flow positive with CoStudy, but will he find an angel investor, so he can confidently turn down full-time job offers at graduation? Ameera Hammouda just sold out of her first fashion collection “Ameera ,” but is still bootstrapping herself financially for the next one. Run time is 25 minutes and thanks to Randy Barth for video, Don Kelley for his audio production work, our content team of Patrick Abouchalache and Jodi Luber, and Questrom School of Business, Boston University for its support. Of course, an equally huge thanks to our four guests! Susan James Leyva. (A non-YouTube version is available here: https://lnkd.in/daaT_dQ7)
